RETURNS & WARRANTIES

If you are not satisfied with our product you may return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days from your date of purchase.  Returned items must be intact and in resaleable condition (unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with original tags).  Any defective items will either be replaced, repaired, or refunded following a review from the Customer Service team.   

Step 1:

Place the return form included with the original shipment in a box along with the returning products. 

Step 2:

Attach the included return label to the box.

Step 3:

Drop off the package at you nearest shipping location depending on the return label being provided.  Please visit www.purolator.com or www.canadapost.ca to find the nearest drop off location.

Your return will be processed automatically but please email as at online@ipathofficial.ca if you have questions or if you are missing the included return label.
